Life In Lockdown is the second single release from the mighty Crime Scene Cleaners who give their own abrasive politely sardonic overview of observable phenomena and behaviour changes that appeared about as a consequence the corona virus pandemic. The NHS system and economies buckled and collapsed as families became disconnected, livelihoods were lost, fortunes were made, demonstrations developed and education put on standby and a larger reliance on social media developed as a means to connect and feel included as part of a wider society.
Take a deep breath and keep up with the manic frantic caustic lyrical delivery in this lockdown journey as Winston and the rest of the gang take you on a tour of paranoia, trauma and insecurity as the western industrialised world fractures, implodes and self destructs out of control as the virus takes a grip and civilisation has problems adjusting to freedom of choice restrictions and a new set of rules.in which they had no say.

https://thecrimescenecleaners.bandcamp.com/track/poverty-line
Its difficult to walk around any UK rural or urban area or any area anywhere in the world without noticing an increase in the number of people falling into poverty or lacking the resources to satisfy the most basic of needs.
The song is about the deterioration in mental health characterised by feelings of distrust, helplessness, and disconnection throughout her life by a woman that found herself in this disadvantaged position as she slowly abandoned any naivety onto which she may have held that a miracle would come along and change her destiny.
In the face of adversity, she affords herself a smile and somewhere the motivation necessary to take life moment by moment develops.
Video includes some footage from Newham East London home to lead singer Winston Propaganda. where half of children (50%) are judged to be in households in poverty, compared to 37% in the typical London borough.

The fabric of the system by which we live can be easily compromised when corruption becomes a habitual response and turns into a national pastime and a value to which everyone can aspire
The song brings to our attention the madness of the plastic equation. Or the way we all are a part of and contributing to the plastic pollution problem. We are left uneducated about wide reaching effects of plastic pollution and the serious worldwide harm it is causing. We choose or are forced to buy products made of or wrapped in a substance that generally will only be used once before it is discarded into the environment. Don’t be fooled by recycling. Plastic isn’t recycled. Its downcycled or turned into other plastics that one way or another find themselves dumped in the oceans or on land. Plastics break down into micro plastics where they make their way into the food chain as they are ingested by the animals that we eat and eventually passed into us. They are also in the water we drink and the air that we breathe. In the next 40 years we are projected and geared up to be producing four times as much plastic as has already been produced in all of our previous history. Think about the environmental cost this will have not only by the dumping of the plastic but also the toxic chemicals that are discarded into our rivers and oceans as useless by products in the production of plastic. It’s a shameful legacy we are leaving for future generations. No one is getting out alive.

The American Way presents as 3 manic minuets of mayhem giving a brief insight into the development and corporate mismanagement on a domestic and global level of this peace loving, aggressive, warrior, garrison nation state collective.
From the initial declaration that all men are born equal in dignity and rights which incidentally preceded the massacre and dispossession of land from the indigenous native American inhabitants; through the many trials and tribulations that bring us up to the present-day community that promotes material possession driven by consumption as the driving force on which the whole culture relies.
We look at what happens and where are we heading when the needs, wants and expectations of the population exceeds the capacity of the community to provide them.
The USA provides the metaphor for the self-evident, self-destructive contradictions built into the out-of-control machine that is human development. Where will the narrative take us as our destiny unfolds.

Song looks at negative effect modern life can have on mental health as everyone at some point finds themselves trapped in Mental Health City

'Poverty Line' This track is a bit confused between a country rock song and post punk. I also think the production values are below what we would require for regular radio airplay. I think the artist should familiarise themselves with our playlist to see what music we really like to play here at amazing and he might also evolve his sound a bit
Says it all really. But in fairness he/she does have a good point I mean close your eyes and put Poverty Line on and you could quite easily be forgiven for thinking you were listening to Emmylou Harris or the Eagles. and at same time great to get some invaluable pointers as to where to listen to evolve our sound.
